Management Essentials for Supervisors

Supervising others requires a range of skills – from communication to project management to providing feedback. Supervisors at CCRI can apply to participate in this four-part professional development program that will provide them with tools, frameworks, and approaches to navigating the many challenges related to managing people.

For this inaugural year of the program, individuals who fully participate in all workshops will receive a stipend of $250, as well as a certificate of completion. We will be selecting no more than 20 supervisors to participate in the program who demonstrate a commitment to learning and growing as a manager at CCRI.

The Management Essentials program is intended for CCRI staff who supervise 1-3 employees.
