In the Leadership Essentials Certification Program, managers at CCRI will come together monthly over the course of one year for training and professional development. Workshops will be highly interactive and engaging sessions, specifically designed for leaders working at CCRI.
For this inaugural year of the program, individuals who fully participate in all workshops will receive a stipend of $600, as well as a certificate of completion. We will be selecting no more than 20 managers to participate in the program who demonstrate a commitment to learning and growing as a manager and leader at CCRI.
Leadership Essentials for Managers is intended for CCRI staff who lead teams or departments of 4 or more employees.
The Leadership Essentials Certification Program includes 12 monthly workshops, which will take place the fourth Thursday of each month from 9:00-11:30 AM on the Knight Campus. Workshop topics will include: Coaching and Feedback, Managing Workplace Conflict, Strategic Thinking and Decision Making, and more.
