| Appropriate confidentiality of all information related to their disability. | Disclose their disability and provide documentation regarding their disability from an appropriate health care professional to the Office of Disability Services for Students (DSS). |
| Receive reasonable accommodations according to their disability which may include academic adjustment, and/or auxiliary aids determined on an individualized basis using required documentation. | Meet with DSS staff each semester to review course requirements and obtain a Request for Accommodations letter for each instructor. Meet with faculty to get the Request for Accommodations letter signed and to discuss disability-related needs and accommodations. Request all services in a timely manner. |
| Equal access to courses, programs, services, jobs, activities, and facilities available through the College. | Meet the academic standards and technical requirements essential for full participation in any academic programs. |
| Report any concerns that they may have regarding accommodations as they arise. | |
