This website from the Blackboard company contains short videos and documents explaining many of the features of Blackboard Learn Release 9.1 which the latest version of Blackboard available at CCRI for the spring 2011 semester.
This toolbox for faculty at RIC contains a number of videos and white papers on the use of the various elements of Blackboard. These materials are based upon Version 9.0 of Blackboard and not Version 9.1 as RIC has not yet upgraded their system
USC has an extensive collection of videos and guides on using Blackboard Learn Version 9.1 that you might find useful.
