Workplace Spanish® for Customer Service
CCRI’s Center for Workforce and Community Education has partnered with Workplace Spanish to offer a language program developed specifically to help those in the customer service field communicate more effectively, on a basic level, with Spanish-speaking customers. No grammar, no rules and no prior Spanish experience are necessary!
This training focuses on common situations those in the customer service field encounter. It provides many of the practical communicative skills and trouble-shooting skills needed in the course of daily work routines. Correct pronunciation and basic grammatical structures are addressed.
Our program utilizes “bite-size” terms and phrases that enable you to convey or request information, conduct daily activities, speak with customers and handle problems. A cultural component of the course familiarizes you with the culture of the Spanish-speaking world and gives you the tools you’ll need to provide efficient and effective customer service. Remember, “You don’t have to be fluent to communicate effectively!”™
