SHRM Learning System
The SHRM Learning System is designed to provide you with an overview of key areas in human resource management, as well as a broad understanding of the field. Materials include the six modules that correspond to the six functional areas as defined by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). The program is offered in cooperation with the SHRM to prepare individuals for the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification examinations administered by HRCI.
Instructor: Stephen L. Hines
Stephen is an independent consultant in the field of human resource management. He has over 25 years experience in a variety of human resource management positions in manufacturing and service industries. Currently, he provides consulting services as President of H & H Consulting, LLC. Prior to this, Steve was Vice President for Human Resources and Public Relations at Landmark Medical Center. He also held senior human resource management positions at A.T. Cross Co. and American Tourister, Inc. A graduate of Northeastern University, Steve also serves as a part time instructor at Bryant College and Roger Williams University.
