Project 2003 Standard Workshop
Learn to use Microsoft Project 2003 Standard software as a business tool to save time and improve the precision of planning and tracking projects. In this 1-day program, you will apply software features, capabilities and tools to plan, track, and report status on a project. The program integrates fundamental project management techniques with a business approach to complete projects on-time and on-budget. Using a case study format, this program guides you through the full project management cycle from initiating and planning, to executing and controlling and to project closeout. This program will be credited towards the 35- hour requirement for certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Project Essentials
Learn how to plan a project so you will be able to deliver it on time and on budget. In this 1-day program you will become aware of the language, guidelines, roles, practical tools and techniques necessary to work towards successful project completion. Using a simple step-by-step process model you will work in teams on a case study project to develop your skills. This program is consistent with the basic skill inventory of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Project Management Body of Knowledge, 3rd Edition. Seven hours will be credited towards the 35-hour requirement for certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
