Frontline Leadership Supervisory Skills Workshops
As a Frontline supervisor you are the lifeblood of your organization. Equip yourself with the competencies necessary for success. Our Frontline leadership design will allow you to either focus on specific improvement areas or take all 6 modules together as a comprehensive development opportunity.
Your Role and the Basic Principles
Provides an overview of the expanding role of supervisors and managers and why personal skill development is vital to job success. It also presents "The Basic Principles," a set of guidelines for day-to-day interactions that put the organization’s shared values into action.
Giving Constructive Feedback
Helps participants build skills for delivering objective, honest feedback that is meaningful to others.
Recognizing Positive Results
Goes beyond giving basic feedback to motivating though personal appreciation for the work done.
Establishing Performance Expectations
Develops job skills for focusing employees on the right targets so they can keep goals in view and make better decisions.
Taking Corrective Action
Provides tips for taking prompt action to correct unproductive behavior and shows participants how to replace disciplinary action with a plan to get back on track.
Clarifying Team Roles & Responsibilities
Helps participants tap into the experience of all team members and improve team outputs.
