Warwick, R.I. – September 21, 2015: The CCRI Knights Cross Country Team competed in the UMass Dartmouth Invitational on Saturday. The 8k race had 43 College or Universities competing with well over 300 runners.
The first Knight runner to cross the finish line on Saturday was Kody Sankey (Cumberland, RI), who finished with a time of 30 minutes and 26.73 seconds that placed him 232nd on the day. Jared Gruslin (North Smithfield, RI) placed 281st with a time of 33:19. Britton Laney (Pascoag, RI) finished right behind Gruslin in 282nd place with a time of 33:19:69.

The Next meet for the Knights will be next Saturday the 26th at the Cod Fish Bowl beginning at 10am.
